Workcation Highlights
Week 1: Discover Tulsa
Get grounded in your new space with concierge airport pickup and your room stocked with local artisan goodies sourced from minority-owned businesses. Enjoy a welcome dinner and weekend private city tour while you ease into working on Tulsa time.
Week 2: Productivity & Life Design
Begin with a wellness activity to stoke the mind and body. Attend opt-in sessions on work productivity enhancement and life design strategies, and connect with local entrepreneurs and other remote workers at a co-working space networking event.
Week 3: Foodie Week!
Kickoff with a beer stein and bratwurst at the largest Oktoberfest celebration in the US! Visit the farmers market to discover local ingredients and participate in a cooking class with a James Beard nominated chef. We’ll also be tapping into the history and importance of Indigenous cuisine in Oklahoma.
Week 4: Echos of the City
Wrap up your stay with outdoor films at Philbrook Museum gardens and Guthrie Green. Delve into Tulsa’s culture through activities that highlight the active LGBTQ+ community, Black entrepreneurship, and artistic expression. As Halloween approaches, get a lil’ spooky with community festivities (if that’s your thing). Say goodbye with a fun and interactive farewell brunch.

Accommodation
Your home for the month will be a private, beautiful and modern exposed brick apartment in Tulsa's Art District, just steps away from great restaurants, bars, art museums, your dedicated co-working hub, and shops. Each apartment is fully furnished with a full/double bed, full kitchen, workspace with strong wi-fi, closet and ensuite bathroom. There is also access to shared laundry and grocery delivery.
Co-working
Get into the work groove with a membership at Tulsa's premier entrepreneur coworking and entrepreneurship hub, 36 Degrees North. Access everything you need to get work done including 24/7 access, ample desk space, high speed wi-fi, free coffee, and access to all their community events.

Who is this for?

Ideal for those exploring new locales, or considering a longer-term move, it's your gateway to connecting with a thriving community of like-minded remote workers.
Do I need a visa to attend the TulsaBound experience?
No visa is required specifically for attending TulsaBound. However, it is essential for all participants to ensure they comply with U.S. travel and immigration laws based on their own citizenship or residency status.
What is NOT included in the experience?
-Flights to and from Tulsa
-Groceries and food (outside of $200 delivery credit and 4 experience dinners)
-Any activities outside of the "what's included" list
How many people will be joining me in TulsaBound?
You can expect to join a group of 12-18 people, all staying in private apartments within the same boutique building.
I want my partner, friend, child to come but not participate in the community events. Is this a possibility?
The pricing is designed to support all paying participants. If you would like a partner, friend or child to join who may not want to participate, please email us and we'll discuss if it is a good fit for you!
How fast is the wi-fi at the co-living and co-working spaces?
-Co-living: Fiber 300Mbps
-Co-working: 500Mbps
Will there be somewhere to do my laundry?
Yes, there is free shared laundry on each floor of the accommodations.
Will I be able to cook?
Yes, each apartment has a fully stocked kitchen as far as utensils.
What is transportation like?
While the cost of this experience does include a $150/per person Lyft/Uber credit, there may be times where you'd want to rent a car. Alternatively, city scooters are common in Tulsa and serve as an easy, low cost way to explore the city.
Do I need to have a job to be a part of this experience?
Yes. We do ask that all cohort participants are actively working on something, either your day-to-day job or a specific project. This experience will have ample time built in to have focus time as well as time to connect with the community.
Where can I get medical care and take care of general needs?
A list of recommended local medical centers, hospitals, fresh food markets, general groceries, gyms, hairdressers, spas etc will be provided in your onboarding call.
What happens after I submit my interest?
After you fill out your interest form, you will receive a confirmation email and a member of our team will reach out to schedule some 1:1 time to ensure that TulsaBound is right for you - this is your chance to ask any and all questions! If it's a fit, pay a 10% deposit to secure your spot and we'll get you onboarded!
To participate, do I need to commit to the full 30 days?
The experience is designed to be a journey and immerse you in everything Tulsa has to offer in alignment with your needs and values in a 30 day period. If you have a conflict with being present for the 30 days, please reach out and we can chat! You are an adult, you do you, but the package pricing is for the month.
If I attend TulsaBound, am I automatically accepted to Tulsa Remote?
No, participating in TulsaBound does not guarantee your acceptance to Tulsa Remote.
